Before submitting a request, customers are encouraged to review their country’s import regulations regarding auto parts. Scroll down for a list of countries.

Mercado AutoLink handles customs processing for shipments to simplify the delivery experience for our customers. Duties and import fees are calculated and included in your quote whenever possible. Import regulations vary by country, and certain items may be restricted or prohibited. Mercado AutoLink will not source or ship any items that do not comply with applicable laws.

In rare cases where additional fees or documentation are required by local authorities, customers may be contacted to assist in completing the process.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Mercado AutoLink sources parts based on each customer’s request, so returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and processed. If an error occurs on our end, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Mercado AutoLink will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
