Before submitting your request, please review our Policies page and check your country’s import regulations. Some countries have restrictions on certain auto parts that we can ship to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that requested items comply with local laws. Mercado AutoLink will not source or ship any items that are prohibited by law. Thank you.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Mercado AutoLink sources parts based on each customer’s request, so returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and processed. If an error occurs on our end, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Mercado AutoLink will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
